He Will Make Your Paths Straight

Immediately I picture a winding road and all the effort it takes to make the left and right turns. After a while, it can take a toll on your body and mind including, your arms your feet,as you switch from the gas pedal to the break. Your body, subtly sliding from side to side, in your seat. You hold on tight and keep riding, waiting, for the moment the motion sickness will stop. You trust that the path will soon smooth out and become straight. That the anxiety, the nausea, the depression , and the stress will fade.

God promises us in Proverbs 3:5-6 if we trust in Him with all that are, and all that we have, and decide not to try to figure things out on our own, but hand over our plans and agenda, that he would organize them and make them all line up. The ease of driving in a straight street is effortless. Mindless effort, but efficiency in helping you to arrive at your appointed destination, right on time.

Give the situation to God, let him drive it out, he has the ability to smooth out he rough places.

"Trust in the Lord completely, and do not rely on your own opinions. With all your heart rely on him to guide you, and he will lead you in every decision you make. Become intimate with him in whatever you do, and he will lead you wherever you go." Proverbs 3:5-6 TPT
